Edinburgh, 1810. Two female teachers find themselves at the centre of a scandal when one of their pupils accuses them of having a love affair. A drama about prejudice, survival and the courage to stand up for the truth.
Born in Hamburg, in 1973, she spent her childhood in Switzerland and currently lives in Berlin. She studied at the German Film And Television Academy (dffb) in Berlin and at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. ICKE, her graduation short, was nominated as Best Short at the Max-Ophüls-Preis Festival and screened at other competitions.
